Position: Medical Receptionist
Qualification Requirements
- College Diploma / 10+3 / Level III Certificate in English Language, Secretarial Science, Office Management, or related fields from a recognized TVET/College/Institute.
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience in a recognized organization.

Language: English mandatory (Ethiopian working language).
Responsibilities
- Provide front‑desk reception and administrative support for medical services.
- Manage patient records and appointments.
- Assist with office correspondence and documentation.
- Ensure smooth communication between medical staff and patients.
