Position Overview

The Dean of the School of Aerospace Management & Operations will provide academic and strategic leadership to the institution, ensuring excellence in aviation management education and training. The role requires strong leadership, academic expertise, and industry knowledge to guide the school in producing highly skilled aviation professionals.

Qualification Requirements

• Education:
  • Ph.D. or other terminal degree in Aviation Management, Aerospace Operations, Business Administration (with aviation focus), or related fields.
  • Degree must be earned in residence through a full‑time program at an accredited institution.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience.
  • At least 2 years in a leadership role (Head or equivalent capacity).
• Additional:
  • Diploma or above in aviation‑related training is preferable.
• Language:
  • Proficiency in English (Ethiopian Airlines working language).
  • Knowledge of other foreign languages is desirable.
