About Ethiopian Construction Works Corporation

The Ethiopian Construction Works Corporation (ECWC) is a public enterprise established on December 18, 2015, under Council of Ministers Regulation No. 366/2015, with an authorized capital of ETB 20.3 billion. The corporation was later amended by Regulation No. 390/2016 on September 28, 2016. ECWC plays a vital role in Ethiopia’s infrastructure development, delivering large-scale construction projects nationwide.

Job Description

As a Junior Health, Environment & Occupational Safety Officer, you will support ECWC’s commitment to workplace safety, environmental protection, and employee well-being. This entry-level role is designed for fresh graduates eager to begin their careers in occupational safety and environmental management.

Qualifications

• Education: BSc Degree in Environmental Science, Public Health, or a closely related field.
• Experience: No prior work experience required (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
• Minimum CGPA Requirement:
  • Male applicants: 3.0 and above
  • Female applicants: 2.8 and above
