1. Design Coordinator (Structural) – Vacancy Code: Design 011/2026

• Number of Positions: 4
• Location: Hybrid (Anywhere in Ethiopia)
• Responsibilities:
  • Manage and implement all phases of construction projects from planning to completion.
  • Coordinate with engineers, consultants, clients, and permitting agencies.
  • Prepare design solutions, review plans/specifications, and support shop drawings.
  • Lead project meetings, monitor schedules, and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Manage BIM software templates, clash detection, and digital collaboration.
• Requirements:
  • BSc in Civil Engineering or related fields.
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience, including 1 year in a senior role.

2. Senior BIM Modeler (Sanitary) – Vacancy Code: Design 010/2026

• Number of Positions: 4
• Location: Hybrid (Addis Ababa)
• Responsibilities:
  • Provide CAD drafting and BIM modeling support.
  • Develop structural design models and statistical reports.
  • Coordinate and manage Revit models, create families and CAD blocks.
  • Review work for accuracy, apply quality control checklists, and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrate proactive learning of new digital design tools.
• Requirements:
  • BSc in Architecture, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
