1. Human Rights Officer – Women’s Rights (Asossa City Office)
Qualifications & Experience:
- LLM/MA/LLB in Law, Human Rights Law, International Law, Gender Studies, or related fields
- 4 years of relevant experience for LLB holders; 2 years for LLM/MA holders
- Computer literate
- Knowledge of Amharic required; knowledge of other local languages is an advantage
Salary & Benefits:
- Monthly Salary: 27,129 – 31,405 ETB
- House Allowance: 12,000 ETB
- Transport Allowance: 4,000 ETB
2. Coordinator – Partnership (Head Office)
Qualifications & Experience:
- LLM/LLB in Law, Human Rights Law, International Law, Political Science, International Relations, or related fields
- 8 years of relevant experience for LLB/BA holders; 6 years for LLM/MA holders
- Computer literate
- Knowledge of Amharic and English required; knowledge of other local languages is an advantage
Salary & Benefits:
- Monthly Salary: 32,976 – 38,173 ETB
- House Allowance: 16,800 ETB
- Representation Allowance: 3,800 ETB
- Transport Allowance: 4,000 ETB
3. Senior Legal Expert (Head Office)
Qualifications & Experience:
- MA in Human Rights Law, LLM, or International Law
- Minimum 6 years of experience in writing, editing, or producing human rights‑related outputs
- Computer literate
- Strong knowledge of Amharic and English required; knowledge of other local languages is an advantage
Salary & Benefits:
- Monthly Salary: 32,976 – 38,173 ETB
- House Allowance: 16,800 ETB
- Representation Allowance: 3,800 ETB
