Position: Property Management Officer
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in one of the following fields:
- Management
- Supplies Management
- Accounting
- Public Administration
Experience
- Minimum 6–8 years of relevant experience in property management or store administration within a public enterprise.
- Training in Government Property Administration and Disposal Directives is highly desirable.
Required Knowledge and Skills
- Strong knowledge of Federal Public Property Administration and Disposal Proclamation.
- Proficiency in asset management software or ERP inventory systems.
- Good understanding of inventory management principles, including FIFO/LIFO.
- Knowledge of inventory valuation methods.
- Ability to identify technical specifications of machinery, equipment, and office assets.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- High level of integrity and accountability.
