Qualification: Level IV Certificate + COC in Food Preparation & Beverage Service, Food Production Supervision

Experience: Minimum 2 years as Cook

Duty Station: Addis Ababa (ESLSE HQ)

2️⃣ Mess Man

Qualification: Level IV Certificate + COC in Food & Beverage Service

Experience: Minimum 2 years as Waiter

Duty Station: Vessel (Addis Ababa)

3️⃣ Laundry Man

Qualification: Level IV Certificate + COC in Housekeeping & Laundry Operation, Front Office Supervision

Experience: Minimum 2 years as Laundryman

Duty Station: Vessel (Addis Ababa)

Mandatory Criteria
- Applicants must submit Grade 8 Ministry Card
- Selected candidates must provide a Medical Examination Fit/Unfit Report from an examiner authorized by the Ethiopian Maritime Authority (EMA) for seafarers
