Administrative Assistant

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants should meet one of the following qualification and experience requirements:

Option 1:

  • BA Degree in Management, Business Management, Business Administration, Management Information System, Accounting, Accounting Information System, or another business-related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in administrative or secretarial activities.

OR

Option 2:

  • College Diploma, 10+3, Level III/IV certificate in Secretarial Science & Office Management, Customer Contact & Secretarial Operation, Secretarial Science, or another business-related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in administrative or secretarial activities.

Age Requirement

  • Applicants must be 18–35 years old.

Required Documents

Applicants should bring the original and a copy of the following documents when applying:

  • 8th-grade certificate or birth certificate
  • Work experience certificate
  • Degree or diploma certificate
  • One photograph
