1. Junior Sales Officer

• Employment Type: Full-time
• Key Responsibilities / Job Duties:
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
  • Provide accurate and updated information about services, products, and events
  • Support the sales team with presentations, proposals, and quotations
  • Coordinate with internal departments for timely service delivery
  • Maintain sales records, prepare reports, and analyze performance data
  • Develop product and service knowledge to communicate value propositions effectively
  • Handle customer inquiries and perform administrative tasks related to sales
  • Carry out additional duties assigned by the supervisor
• Qualifications & Experience:
