Position: Junior Sales Officer
Qualifications
- Education: BA/BSc Degree in any field (Business, Marketing, Management preferred)
- Experience: No prior experience required (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage with diverse stakeholders
- Customer service orientation
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing queries and concerns.
- Provide accurate and up‑to‑date information about services, products, and events.
- Support the sales team with presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Maintain sales records, prepare reports, and analyze performance data.
- Develop a strong understanding of Ethiopost’s products and services.
- Handle customer inquiries and assist with administrative tasks.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
