It is the designated postal operator responsible for delivering postal services across Ethiopia under the government’s universal service obligation (USO).

Position: Shipment Processor

Qualifications:

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates with 0 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
• Valid driving license is mandatory.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills in English and Amharic; knowledge of other local languages is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
