EthSwitch is the National Switch owned by banks, the National Bank of Ethiopia, MFIs, PIIs, and PSOs operating in Ethiopia.

EthSwitch is mandated to create interoperability between financial institutions, implement a domestic payment scheme, provide a national payment gateway, serve as central interconnectivity for clearing and settlement, and provide shared platform and infrastructure services.

Digital Marketing Officer

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, or a related field of study.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience.

Job Responsibilities

The Digital Marketing Officer will be responsible for:

  • Managing EthSwitch’s digital presence.
  • Supporting effective communication through digital platforms.
  • Managing digital media accounts.
  • Regularly updating website content.
  • Handling feedback.
  • Supporting website SEO and compliance requirements.
  • Enhancing the user experience.
