Position: Client Relationship Management Officer II

• Education:
  • BSc/BA in Accounting, Economics, Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Employment Type: Full‑time
• Career Level: Junior (1–3 years)
• Location: Addis Ababa
• Number Required: 1
• Salary: As per company scale

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients to meet their needs and provide support.
• Answer client questions and resolve issues through multiple communication channels.
• Maintain accurate records and take detailed notes.
• Collaborate with the Client Relationship Management Division under supervision.
• Ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
