Position: Senior Client Development & Onboarding Officer

Location: Addis Ababa

Role Overview

The Senior Client Development & Onboarding Officer will play a key role in managing and developing relationships with clients, supporting smooth onboarding processes, understanding client requirements, and contributing to overall client satisfaction.

The role involves direct communication with clients to address their needs, respond to questions, and provide support. The position operates under the supervision of the Client Relationship Management Division.

Key Responsibilities

The role includes:

• Managing and nurturing relationships with key clients.
• Supporting smooth client onboarding processes.
• Understanding client needs and requirements.
• Working directly with clients to address their needs and questions.
• Providing client support through relevant communication channels.
• Contributing to overall client satisfaction.
• Working with clients and various stakeholders of the company.
• Maintaining accurate notes and records during client interactions.
• Adapting to changing client requirements and work situations.

Qualification and Experience

Applicants should have one of the following qualifications:

• BSc in Accounting, Economics, Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• BA in a relevant field.
• MA in a relevant field.
• MBA in a relevant field.

Work Experience

• 5 years of relevant work experience for candidates under the stated experience requirement, or 3 years as specified in the vacancy announcement.
• At least 2 years of experience in an officer position.

Required Skills

• Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
• Communication skills.
• Adaptability and a positive approach to client interactions.
