Position: Driver/Liaison/Logistics Officer

Job Responsibilities

Under the direct supervision of the assigned supervisor, the Driver/Liaison/Logistics Officer will be responsible for:

  • Providing transportation services.
  • Supporting logistics activities.
  • Facilitating liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Processing visa and passport application procedures.
  • Clearing consignments.
  • Maintaining accurate transport and liaison records.
  • Ensuring assigned vehicles are properly maintained.
  • Ensuring vehicles and transportation activities comply with applicable traffic regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

  • TVET 10+4 or Diploma in ICT, Electronics, or a related field; or
  • BA Degree in Accounting, Management, or a related field.
  • 3 years of relevant work experience; some experience is considered an advantage for degree holders.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office.
  • Ethical behavior and professional conduct.
  • A third-degree or public driving license as stated in the vacancy announcement.
