Roadrunner, a Yango Fleet Partner, invites qualified and motivated applicants to apply for the position of Field Scouts / Sales Officers in Addis Ababa.

The company is seeking proactive individuals with good communication and interpersonal skills to support driver recruitment and registration for the Yango platform. Successful candidates will be responsible for identifying potential drivers, explaining the benefits of joining Yango, and facilitating their registration across different locations in Addis Ababa.

Job Responsibilities

Selected candidates will be responsible for:

  • Conducting direct driver registration in different locations across Addis Ababa, particularly around taxi stations, fuel stations, and other areas where drivers are commonly found.
  • Explaining the economic benefits of joining Yango by comparing drivers' current net earnings with the potential income and benefits available through the Yango platform.
  • Collecting and registering accurate driver information, including phone numbers, driving licenses, and identification documents.
  • Entering collected information into the company's system or through the designated Telegram bot.
  • Actively approaching potential drivers and encouraging them to join the Yango platform.

Qualification and Requirements

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

Educational Qualification:

  • Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

Work Experience:

  • Previous work experience in sales or marketing is an advantage.

Additional Competencies:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in the field.
  • Ability to meet driver recruitment targets.
