Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Finance Intern in Addis Ababa to join our dynamic team. This finance internship in Ethiopia provides hands‑on experience in accounting, reporting, reconciliations, and compliance within a fast‑growing investment banking environment. It is ideal for recent graduates or students eager to launch a career in finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Record daily financial transactions and prepare payment vouchers
- Assist with bank reconciliations and supplier reconciliations
- Support preparation of financial reports and budget variance analysis
- Provide assistance during internal and external audits
- Maintain accurate filing and documentation of financial records
- Deliver weekly and monthly financial reports as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields
- Minimum CGPA of 3.0 or equivalent
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting knowledge
- Familiarity with accounting software is an added advantage
- Excellent communication skills in English and Amharic
- High integrity, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn
