About the Role
Kubik Ethiopia is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead all financial management, accounting, and reporting functions. This pivotal role ensures efficient cash flow management, accurate financial records, and strategic financial guidance to support informed business decisions. The Finance Manager will play a key role in shaping the company’s financial growth and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities

Cash Flow Management: Optimize working capital to support daily operations and growth initiatives.

Financial Leadership: Provide strategic financial advice to the executive team.

Accounting Oversight: Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.

Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead budgeting processes and develop reliable financial forecasts.

Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks including currency fluctuations and raw material price changes.

Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with banking partners for favorable terms and financing options.

Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with standards.

Audit & Tax Compliance: Coordinate annual audits and liaise with external auditors and tax advisors.

Inventory Management: Work with factory and supply chain teams to optimize inventory for production and cash flow.

Financial Analysis: Identify cost-saving opportunities, revenue growth areas, and process improvements.

Process Improvement: Streamline financial processes to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills
Education:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

Master’s degree or CPA designation preferred.
Experience:
-
Minimum 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 4 years in managerial roles.

Proven track record as a Finance Manager or senior financial leadership role, preferably in manufacturing.
