Frontieri Consult PLC, with over a decade of experience and more than 200 research and consultancy projects in Ethiopia, is urgently hiring qualified and motivated Qualitative Data Collectors to join our research team.

This is a time-sensitive opportunity as the project officially begins on Monday, August 25, 2025, and selected candidates must be ready to start immediately.

📌 Position: Qualitative Data Collector – Urgent Recruitment

✅ Key Qualifications:

• BA degree in Sociology, Social Work, or Anthropology
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in qualitative data collection
• Experience working in at least one of the following regions:
  Oromia, Somali, Amhara, Afar, Tigray, Sidama, South Ethiopia, South West & Central Ethiopia
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to engage effectively with diverse communities

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct In-Depth Interviews (IDIs), Focus Group Discussions (FGDs), and Key Informant Interviews (KIIs)
• Document and transcribe qualitative data accurately
• Ensure data quality, completeness, and confidentiality
• Collaborate with field supervisors and project teams to meet targets
• Submit daily progress reports and flag field challenges promptly
• Follow ethical standards and project guidelines during data collection

📍 Location: Addis Ababa
