Position Summary – Full Stack Developer

ATI is looking for two Full Stack Developers to join the Innovation and Development Team. The developers will design, build, and maintain scalable digital platforms and web applications, ensuring seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems.

This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Term of Employment: One year with possibility of extension

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications.
• Build user-friendly front-end interfaces using modern frameworks.
• Implement server-side logic and manage databases.
• Write clean, secure, and efficient code following best practices.
• Conduct testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Develop technical documentation, system manuals, and issue-tracking reports.
• Provide user training and ongoing support (on-site & remote).
• Support digital agriculture initiatives, including customized training platforms (e.g., Moodle).
• Collaborate with startups and entrepreneurs to build digital agriculture solutions.
• Supervise junior developers and technical teams.
• Ensure proper risk management, reporting, and project monitoring.

Required Qualifications & Skills

✅ Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer/Electrical Engineering, or related field.

✅ Experience:

• 1–3 years as a Full Stack Developer or Software Engineer.
• Proven experience in developing web and mobile applications.
• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery) and back-end technologies (C#, Java, Python, Node.js, etc.).
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Node.js).
• Database management (MySQL, MongoDB) and web servers (Apache).
• Knowledge of Agile methods, CI/CD pipelines, and UI/UX principles.

✅ Additional Skills (Preferred):

• Familiarity with Linux systems.
• Exposure to AI, Machine Learning, and IoT.
• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Passion for improving the lives of smallholder farmers.
