Today, Gasha MFI provides inclusive financial services across Oromia and Addis Ababa, focusing on community‑based microfinance solutions.

1. Account Clerk I

Education: BA Degree or Diploma (10+4) in Accounting, Banking & Finance with COC Experience: 0–2 years related experience Languages: Afaan Oromo & Amharic (preferred) Technical Skills:

• Good computer skills
• Excellent written & communication skills
• Ability to work independently Number Required: 1 Place of Work: Bishoftu Employment: Permanent after probation (NBE approval) Salary: Contract

2. Cashier I

Education: BA Degree or Diploma (10+4) in Accounting, Banking & Finance with COC Experience: 0–2 years related experience; computer knowledge required Languages: Afaan Oromo & Amharic (preferred) Technical Skills:

• Good computer skills
• Excellent written & communication skills
• Ability to work independently Number Required: 3 Place of Work: Addis Ababa, Mukaturi, Welenchiti Employment: Permanent after probation (NBE approval) Salary: Contract

3. Account Clerk II

4. Junior Accountant

Education: BA Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Banking & Finance with COC Experience: 1–3 years related experience Technical Skills:

• Peachtree accounting mandatory
• Ability to prepare financial statements
• Excellent written & communication skills Number Required: 1 Place of Work: Chanco Employment: Permanent after probation Salary: Negotiable

5. Manager, Internal Audit Head & Risk Management

Education: BA Degree in Accounting or related fields Experience: 4+ years banking/MFI experience, including 2+ years managerial role Languages: Amharic & English Technical Skills:

• Good computer skills
• Excellent written & communication skills
