Qualification:
Degree/ Diploma.
Office Management: Oversees daily office operations, resources and administrative systems to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
Secretarial Management: Coordinates correspondence, schedules and records while providing administrative support to management.
Receptionist Management: Manages front-desk operations, including greeting visitors handling calls and directing inquiries professionally.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications. 4+ years of experience in real estate marketing, sales, or leasing. Expertise in digital marketing and lead generation strategies.
Age 25-35
Marketing Strategy: Develop and manage all property marketing campaigns (digital, print, social media) to attract qualified tenants and buyers.
Sales & Leasing: Set sales/leasing targets, train agents on sales techniques, and manage the lead-to-lease/sale conversion funnel.
Market Research: Conduct detailed competitive analysis to set optimal rental rates and sales prices, and provide recommendations on market positioning.
Lead Management: Oversee the CRM system to track leads, manage customer relationships, and measure the ROI of marketing initiatives.
Brand Management: Ensure all marketing materials and communications maintain a consistent, professional brand image for GPM and its properties.
