1. Innovation and Research Officer
Duty Station: Head Office, Addis Ababa
Required Qualification
- BA degree in Economics, Management or a related field.
Required Experience
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience.

2. Senior Innovation and Research Officer
Duty Station: Head Office, Addis Ababa
Required Qualification
- BA degree in Economics, Management or a related field.
Required Experience
- At least 4 years of relevant work experience.
Salary: As per the Bank’s salary scale.
3. Executive Secretary (Chief Offices)
Duty Station: Head Office, Addis Ababa
Required Qualification
- BA degree in Secretarial Science and Office Management or a related field.
Required Experience
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
Salary: As per the Bank’s salary scale.
4. Executive Secretary (CEO)
Duty Station: Head Office, Addis Ababa
Required Qualification
- BA degree in Secretarial Science and Office Management.
Required Experience
- At least 6 years of experience in secretarial positions.
Salary: As per the Bank’s salary scale.
5. Branch Manager I
Duty Station: Eastern Addis Ababa District and Western Addis Ababa District city branches.
Required Qualification
- BA degree in Accounting, Business Management, Management or a related field.
Required Experience
- At least 5 years of banking experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in accountant positions.
Salary: As per the Bank’s salary scale.
6. Director – Customer Relationship Management Department
Duty Station: Head Office, Addis Ababa
Required Qualification
Applicants should have one of the following:
- MA, MBA or MSc in Business Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or a related field; or
- BA or BSc in Business Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
Required Experience
- The source announcement specifies 8/10 years of relevant banking experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial position.
