The Bank continues to expand its operations and is seeking skilled professionals to strengthen customer service delivery and cybersecurity functions.

Available Positions

Position 1: Customer Service Officer III

Educational Qualification

• Minimum of a BA Degree in:
  • Management
  • Economics
  • Accounting and Finance
  • Marketing
  • Banking and Finance
  • Business Administration
  • Or another related business field.

Work Experience

• Minimum of three (3) years of relevant banking operations experience.

Salary

• As per the Bank's attractive salary scale.

Duty Station

• Addis Ababa Branches

Position 2: Senior Cybersecurity Officer

Educational Qualification

• Minimum of a BSc Degree in:
  • Computer Science
  • Network Engineering
  • Computer Engineering
  • Electrical Engineering
  • Information Science

Additional Qualification

• Certification in ethical hacking or related cybersecurity fields is advantageous.

Work Experience

• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience.

Salary

• As per the Bank's attractive salary scale.
