Position: Audit Trainee
Education & Experience Requirements
- Fresh graduate with BA in Accounting & Finance.
- Must have passed the National Exit Exam.
- Minimum CGPA of 3.0 and above.
Skills & Abilities
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- Team spirit and effective collaboration skills.
- Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
- Computer proficiency (spreadsheets, word processing).
- Disciplined, organized, open‑minded, and self‑learner.
Key Responsibilities
- Support budgeting, planning, coordination, and control of audit engagements.
- Deliver audit work effectively and on time according to audit plans.
- Attend audit team meetings and discussions.
- Assist senior associates in preparing and compiling audit working files.
- Participate in on‑the‑job training, internal/external courses, and obtain certifications.
- Build positive working relationships with clients and staff.
- Complete tasks allocated by managers/senior associates.
- Perform other duties as assigned by audit managers and seniors.
