Grant Thornton Ethiopia, part of the global Grant Thornton network, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Training & Administration Coordinator to join its growing team in Addis Ababa. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support training management initiatives while ensuring effective administrative coordination and operational support.
Training & Administration Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
Training Coordination
- Serve as focal person for online and in‑person training programs, including promotion, logistics, and reporting.
- Design training modules, materials, and instructional guides.
- Manage training visibility, participant tracking, evaluations, and post‑training reports.
- Coordinate trainers, venues, and logistics while ensuring quality delivery.
- Support business development through proposal assistance and tender follow‑ups.
Administration
- Organize meetings, appointments, and training sessions.
- Maintain participant databases, client records, and departmental documentation.
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistics for trainers and participants.
- Support procurement of supplies and training materials.
- Manage filing, document preparation, and record‑keeping.
- Prepare reports, meeting minutes, quotations, invoices, and agreements.
- Oversee venue setup, office maintenance, and vendor coordination.
- Support onboarding, staff events, and departmental projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in training coordination, administration, project coordination, or learning & development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or digital marketing tools is an advantage.
