1. Graduate in Training (GIT) – Sales

The Graduate in Training (GIT) Sales Program is a 12-month talent acceleration initiative designed to provide hands-on experience, mentorship, and development opportunities within sales and commercial functions.

Qualifications and Requirements

Education

  • Recently completed Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Must have graduated within the last 2 years

Experience

  • 0–2 years of professional work experience
  • Entry-level candidates are highly encouraged to apply

Leadership and Extracurricular Experience

  • Active participation in extracurricular activities is highly preferred, including:
    • Student unions
    • Youth associations
    • Volunteer work
    • Campus leadership roles

Additional Requirement

  • Willingness to travel or relocate regionally for field assignments

2. Sales Promoter

Qualifications and Requirements

Education

  • BA degree or Diploma in:
    • Marketing
    • Management
    • Business Administration
    • A related field

Experience

  • Preferably 1+ year of relevant work experience, particularly in:
    • Sales
    • Customer service
    • Field-based commercial roles

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong customer relationship and communication skills
  • Target-driven approach with a focus on delivering results
  • Proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities
  • High level of integrity and accountability
  • Proficiency in Afan Oromo, Amharic, and English is a plus

Key Responsibility

  • Ensure proper management of the company's fridge and report promptly when repair is required

Location: Gojam

Important Employment Note

The employment contract for this position is not directly with Habesha Breweries. The position is managed by a third party as a junior sales role and serves as a talent hub that may provide opportunities for larger sales roles within the organization.

3. Trade Quality Analyst

Qualifications and Requirements

Education

  • BSc degree in:
    • Chemistry
    • Biology
    • Chemical Engineering
    • Food Processing Engineering
    • Food Processing Technology

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a relevant capacity

Key Responsibilities

Trade Quality & Auditing

  • Conduct trade quality and warehouse audits according to plan
  • Address audit reports
  • Implement corrective actions for identified gaps

Inventory Management

  • Ensure proper stock rotation of kegs in outlets and warehouses
  • Follow the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principle

Customer Complaint Management

  • Respond promptly to customer complaints
  • Prepare regular reports on quality issues requiring resolution

Equipment & Process Maintenance

  • Ensure cleaning effectiveness of Clean-In-Place (CIP) systems
  • Drive improvements in draught cleaning operations
  • Apply root-cause problem-solving to quality and process issues

Compliance & Reporting

  • Handle non-conformities and customer feedback promptly
  • Implement the QSHE (Quality, Safety, Health, and Environment) Management System
  • Follow applicable policies, procedures, and work instructions
