Sales & Marketing Executive
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
Experience
- 1–3 years of proven sales or marketing experience.
- Experience within a media house, advertising agency, telecom, or corporate commercial environment in Ethiopia is preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Amharic and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, for preparing pitch decks and sales proposals.
- Strong understanding of media rate structures, broadcast sponsorship packages, and marketing ROI.

Key Responsibilities
The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for:

- Expanding the commercial reach of Hagerie Television across TV and digital broadcast platforms.
- Building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, advertising agencies, and local brands.
- Managing campaign execution from contract signing through post-campaign reporting.
