Open Positions

1. Warehouse Coordinator – Kilinto

Purpose: Execute goods movement and storage safely and efficiently, oversee warehouse crew, maintain stock accuracy, and ensure compliance with SHE (Safety, Health, Environment) standards.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise warehouse operations including loading/unloading, stock registration, and intercompany transfers
• Perform systematic stock counts, cycle counts, and ensure FEFO principles are applied
• Monitor packaging quality, report damages/shortages, and ensure goods security
• Operate material-handling equipment safely with valid certification
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
• Minimum 2 years of logistics/warehouse experience (FMCG preferred)

2. Warehouse Administrative Assistant – Kilinto

Purpose: Manage administrative aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring accurate booking of goods receipts/issues in ERP/WMS systems, and reconciling physical and system balances.

Responsibilities:

• Register goods movements, scrapping, and write-offs accurately
• Maintain documentation for all warehouse transactions (receipts, shipments, transfers)
• Prepare inventory dashboards, freshness reports, and circulation reports
• Conduct root cause analysis for discrepancies and stock quality issues
• Align with customer service, finance, and gate control teams on postings
• Monitor truck residence time and submit daily operational reports via Power BI

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Administration or Logistics (FMCG preferred)

3. Sales Representative – Bule Hora

Purpose: Manage and expand territory to drive sales growth for HEINEKEN Breweries portfolio, ensuring strong customer relationships and effective execution of outlet strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Implement PICOS strategies, manage stock levels, and ensure FIFO movement
• Prospect new outlets, prepare commercial propositions, and increase POS presence
• Monitor fridge stock, planogram adherence, and visibility material placement
• Utilize SEM, B2B order generation, and customer management tools
• Manage loyalty schemes, promotions, and competitor activity reporting
• Achieve sales volume objectives by brand and SKU for assigned territory

Qualifications:

• BSc/BA Degree
• 0–3 years of experience (FMCG preferred)
• Fluency in the local language of the base town (mandatory)
