About the Role

Transsion Manufacturing PLC is seeking dynamic Sales Representatives (SRs) to strengthen brand presence and drive market growth across Ethiopia. This role requires energy, local market expertise, and strong retail relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Monitoring: Conduct daily checks on inventory, pricing compliance, and competitor activities.
• Brand Promotion: Influence retail stores to prioritize Infinix as the recommended brand.
• Reporting: Submit accurate Daily Call Reports (DCR) with sales data, stock status, and market feedback.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong rapport with shop owners and floor assistants.

Requirements

• Education: BA in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Experience: 1–2 years in mobile phone or FMCG industry.
• Local Insights: Familiarity with retail networks in applied location preferred.
• Operational Intensity: Willingness to conduct up to 50 store visits per day.
• Core Competencies: Strong execution, negotiation, communication, and proactive sales mindset.
