Open Positions

  1. Sales Engineer – Prime Products (5 positions)
    • Education: BSc in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related.
    • Experience: 3–5 years in industrial/equipment sales.
    • Responsibilities: Drive Caterpillar equipment sales, manage pipeline, prepare proposals, conduct customer visits.
    • Duty Station: Addis Ababa (Office).
  2. Power Systems & Material Handling Sales Engineer (3 positions)
    • Education: Engineering degree.
    • Experience: 4+ years in equipment/power systems sales.
    • Responsibilities: Promote generators & material handling solutions, manage key accounts, prepare technical/commercial proposals.
    • Duty Station: Addis Ababa (Hybrid).
  3. Product Support Sales Representative – PSSR (5 positions)
    • Education: Engineering or Business degree.
    • Experience: 3–5 years in sales/service.
    • Responsibilities: Manage 100+ customer accounts, promote parts & service solutions, maintain CRM data, ensure customer coverage.
    • Duty Station: Addis Ababa (Hybrid).
  4. Aftermarket Sales Consultant – ASC (1 position)
    • Education: Engineering background preferred.
    • Experience: 3–5 years in aftermarket/service sales.
    • Responsibilities: Drive aftermarket revenue growth, promote parts & service contracts, build long‑term customer relationships.
    • Duty Station: Addis Ababa (Hybrid).
