Position: Internship‑to‑Hire Training Program

Training Overview

This one‑month intensive program equips trainees with both theoretical knowledge and practical experience in SACCO operations, member engagement, and financial product promotion. Successful candidates will be considered for permanent employment at Henosis SACCO.

Areas of Training

• SACCO foundations & professional mindset
• Member relations & communication skills
• Saving mobilization & sales techniques
• Operations and reporting
• Performance evaluation

Key Responsibilities During & After Training

• Build strong relationships with SACCO members and prospective clients
• Mobilize savings and promote SACCO financial products
• Conduct outreach and awareness campaigns
• Support member registration and account opening
• Maintain professional communication with members
• Prepare daily and weekly mobilization reports
• Participate in financial literacy and promotional activities

Qualification Requirements

• Certificate, Diploma, or BA Degree in Social Science or Natural Science fields
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in sales, marketing, and member engagement
• Good discipline, confidence, and teamwork spirit
• Ability to work under targets and field conditions
• Computer proficiency is advantageous

Employment Opportunity

Trainees who successfully pass training assessments and performance evaluations will be offered permanent staff positions at Henosis SACCO.
