Hijra Bank is recruiting qualified fresh graduates for the following position:

- Graduate Trainee
Educational Qualification
Applicants must have:
- BA Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, or other business-related fields.
Experience
- Fresh graduates (0 years of experience).
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Graduates of the 2025 or 2026 academic year only.
- Minimum CGPA of 2.75 for male applicants.
- Minimum CGPA of 2.50 for female applicants.
- Exit Examination result of 50% and above or Pass.
- Maximum age of 27 years.
- Knowledge of the local language and area of the selected duty station is advantageous.
- Applicants may apply for only one district.
- IFB (Interest-Free Banking) Training Certification is advantageous.
