1. Customer Service Officer II

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of relevant banking experience.
  • Additional Requirement: IFB certification or training is advantageous.

Work Locations: Addis Ababa, Jamma Degolo, Jigjiga, Bidire (Bale Zone), Darimu (Ilubabor Zone), Yayo (Ilubabor Zone), and Bonga.

2. Senior Customer Service Officer

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of relevant banking experience.
  • Additional Requirement: IFB certification or training is advantageous.

Work Locations: Addis Ababa, Jamma Degolo, Jigjiga, Bidire (Bale Zone), Darimu (Ilubabor Zone), Yayo (Ilubabor Zone), and Bonga.

3. Branch Operation Supervisor

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 4 years of relevant banking experience.
  • Additional Requirement: IFB certification or training is advantageous.

Work Locations: Addis Ababa, Jamma Degolo, Jigjiga, Bidire (Bale Zone), Darimu (Ilubabor Zone), Yayo (Ilubabor Zone), Bonga, Agaro, and Bishoftu.

4. Senior, District Digital Officer

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 4 years of overall experience, including 2 years in a related area.
  • Additional Requirement: IFB certification or training is advantageous.

Work Locations: Addis Ababa, Jamma Degolo, Jigjiga, Bidire (Bale Zone), Darimu (Ilubabor Zone), Yayo (Ilubabor Zone), Bonga, Agaro, and Bishoftu.

5. Branch Manager

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 6 years of banking operations experience.
  • Additional Requirement: IFB certification or training is advantageous.

Work Locations: Addis Ababa, Jamma Degolo, Jigjiga, Bidire (Bale Zone), Darimu (Ilubabor Zone), Yayo (Ilubabor Zone), Bonga, Agaro, and Bishoftu.
