1. Customer Service Officer II
   • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
   • Experience: Minimum 2 years in Banking Operations. Knowledge of IFB is advantageous.
   • Duty Station: Adama, Bedeno, Dire Dawa, Dilla.
2. Senior Customer Service Officer
   • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
   • Experience: Minimum 3 years in banking. IFB training certification is advantageous.
   • Duty Station: Adama, Bedeno.
3. Branch Operation Supervisor
   • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
   • Experience: Minimum 4 years in Banking Operations. Knowledge of IFB is advantageous.
   • Duty Station: Wolkite, Adama, Bedeno.
4. Branch Manager
   • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
   • Experience: Minimum 6 years in Banking Operations. IFB training certification is advantageous.
   • Duty Station: Wolkite, Adama, Bedeno.
