Position: TVET Trainers

HEUC is recruiting four (4) TVET Trainers, one per department, to strengthen its technical education programs.

Departments & Focus Areas

Department Vacancies Core Curricular Focus
Accounting & Finance 1 Peachtree, Sage 50, QuickBooks, VAT/TOT compliance, financial reporting
Marketing & Sales Management 1 7 Ps framework, digital campaigns, CRM databases, sales pitch simulations
Hardware & Networking 1 PC assembly, troubleshooting, OS installation, LAN setup, routing & switching
Web Development & Database Admin 1 Python/Java/C++, SQL/DBMS, frontend/backend design (HTML/CSS/JS)

Qualifications & Requirements

  • BA/BSc degree in Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Management, IT, Computer Science, or related technical fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of validated teaching experience in a licensed TVET institution or equivalent technical industry experience.
  • Valid Holistic Certificate of Competency (CoC) in the relevant technical field.
  • Valid TVET Training Methodology (TM) Certificate authenticated by MoE, MOLS, or regional TVET bureaus.
  • Strong knowledge of Competency‑Based Training (CBT) design and adult learning facilitation.
