Position: Sales Consultant

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Mandatory: 4–6 months of proven experience in real estate sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Identify and develop high‑potential sales leads through networking and outreach.
• Client Engagement: Present project features and conduct property/site demonstrations.
• Advisory Role: Advise clients and investors to support informed purchasing decisions.
• Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed assigned sales goals.
