Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or related fields

Experience Requirements:
- 0–2 years of relevant work experience in instructional design, eLearning development, or learning solutions support
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues and providing user support

Skills:
- Good communication and teamwork abilities

2. Moodle Developer (Junior Technical Support II)

Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related fields

Experience Requirements:
- 0–2 years of experience in Moodle development, web development, or technical support
- Familiarity with Moodle themes, plugins, and customizations
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues and providing user support
- Experience with Linux server environments and Apache web servers is an advantage

Skills:
- Basic understanding of web development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, responsive design)
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
- Programming background with willingness to learn Moodle development and administration
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
