About the Role
Hyatt Regency Addis Ababa is seeking a qualified Account Receivable Team Leader to join its finance team. This mid‑level role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and experience in managing high‑volume receivables.
Position: Account Receivable Team Leader
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and support AR specialists; manage daily workflow and performance.
- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing across contracts and clients.
- Monitor aging reports, prioritize collections, and implement collection strategies.
- Resolve billing issues and payment discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare AR metrics, aged debt analysis, and cash flow trend reports.
- Develop AR policies, SOPs, and drive automation.
- Liaise with internal departments and external customers.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, SOX controls, and internal policies.
- Coach team members and support professional development.
Requirements

Education: Degree/Diploma in Accounting & Finance or related field.

Experience: 3–5 years in AR management; 1–3 years managerial experience.

- Strong financial analysis and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Computer literacy and data entry skills.
- Organization and time management.
