Position: Sales Executive
Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 2+ years of work experience in hotel operations or sales roles.
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute sales calls with defined objectives.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of hotel facilities, features, and services.
- Conduct competitor research and maintain product knowledge.
- Manage allocated accounts and report opportunities to Sales Manager/Director.
- Follow up on sales leads and prospects.
- Ensure hotel exposure through direct sales, telemarketing, and written communications.
- Host client inspections and entertain prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while exploring new business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for room nights and revenue.
- Liaise with operations departments to ensure guest expectations are met.
- Prepare and distribute event orders to relevant departments.
- Assist Sales Managers in follow‑up tasks when required.
