We are currently hiring Reporters and Graphics Designers to join our dynamic team.
Position 1: Reporter
Requirements:
- Strong passion for journalism and commitment to a career in reporting
- Fluent command of English (written and spoken)
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Critical thinking and attention to detail
- Willingness to work flexible hours
Responsibilities:
- Produce five originally sourced news stories per week
- Write investigative articles, feature stories, and analytical pieces
- Understand Ethiopia’s economic and business landscape
- Collaborate with editors and respond to feedback promptly

Position 2: Graphics Designer
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Graphics Designer or similar role
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and design skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of web design principles (preferred)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles
Key Responsibilities:
- Design visual assets for websites, social media, and marketing materials
- Collaborate with marketing and editorial teams for brand consistency
- Create layouts for both digital and print media
- Maintain and enhance design templates and assets
