Position: Wheelchair Assistant / Passenger Assistant
Key Responsibilities
- Assist passengers requiring wheelchair support throughout the airport.
- Provide safe and professional passenger handling services.
- Guide passengers through airport facilities with courtesy and care.
- Ensure smooth boarding and disembarkation processes.
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining safety standards.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or Level IV or above in Clinical Nursing or Health Sciences from a recognized college or university.
- Zero+ years of experience (fresh graduates may apply).
- Knowledge of airport layout and customer service skills preferred.
- Physical ability to aid wheelchair passengers and maneuver wheelchairs.
- Good command of English; Arabic or other languages are advantageous.
- Age: Below 35 years.
