General Requirements
- Relevant university degree and professional experience depending on the role (Health, WASH, Shelter, Governance, etc.).
- Experience working with migrants, refugees, IDPs, and vulnerable groups is an advantage.
- Fluency in English and Amharic is mandatory for most positions.
- Strong competencies in teamwork, accountability, communication, and delivering results.
