In Ethiopia, IQVIA is seeking a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to support clinical studies, ensuring compliance with protocols, ICH‑GCP guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Position: Clinical Research Associate (CRA)
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close‑out visits.
- Ensure protocol compliance, data quality, and patient safety.
- Support and track patient recruitment and enrollment.
- Deliver study‑related training and maintain communication with site staff.
- Review site documentation and ensure TMF/ISF compliance.
- Document monitoring activities and follow‑up actions.
- Collaborate with project teams for successful study execution.
- Support study start‑up and site financial management activities.
Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, or related field (preferred).

Experience: Minimum 2 years of independent on‑site monitoring.

Specialization: Oncology therapeutic experience required.

Knowledge: ICH‑GCP guidelines and clinical research regulations.

Skills:
- Strong organizational and time‑management abilities
- Effective written and verbal communication in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard technology tools
- Ability to build strong relationships with sites, colleagues, and clients
