Job Summary

Ethiopian Skylight Hotel, in collaboration with Halala Kella Eco Lodge and Chebera Elephant Paw, is seeking a qualified IT Executive to support operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences through effective IT systems management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure across hotel and lodge operations
• Provide technical support for staff and systems
• Ensure network security and smooth operation of IT services
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues

Qualifications and Requirements

Education

• Diploma / Level IV / 10+3 in Computer Science, Computer Maintenance & Networking, Information Technology, or related fields from a recognized institution

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in IT support or systems management

Skills

• Strong technical troubleshooting and networking skills
• Ability to manage IT systems in hospitality environments
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Note: COC Certificate is mandatory
