Job Overview

Hope Enterprises is seeking a dedicated and qualified Job and Business Service Officer (JBS) who will support TVET trainees through job placement, employer engagement, and skills development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication abilities and hands-on experience in similar roles.

Qualifications

• Education: BA degree in Marketing or a related field
• Experience: 2–5 years of relevant work experience

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong communication and partnerships with employer organizations.
• Create sustainable job linkages for TVET trainees.
• Provide job-related and skills-specific training to trainees.
• Utilize ICT tools efficiently to support job placement and reporting tasks.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and networking skills
• Strong computer literacy
• Ability to deliver training and support services
