Position: Maintenance Manager
Job Objective
The Maintenance Manager ensures the optimal performance, reliability, and uptime of all factory machinery and equipment. The role leads preventive and corrective maintenance strategies, supports production efficiency, and drives continuous improvement across maintenance operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and execute maintenance activities for production equipment (Primary, Make & Pack).
- Ensure maximum equipment uptime through preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
- Manage installation, repair, and servicing of machinery, including coordination with external service providers.
- Lead, coach, and develop the maintenance team to ensure high performance.
- Implement maintenance planning systems and manufacturing tools to improve operations.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Monitor performance against KPIs and global maintenance benchmarks.
- Support recruitment, training, and performance management of maintenance staff.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth manufacturing processes.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of technical systems, equipment specifications, and best practices.
Requirements
- BSc in Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical Engineering, or related field

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment (automated machinery preferred)
- Strong technical knowledge of production equipment and maintenance systems
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Strong planning, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
- Good understanding of health & safety standards
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Strong communication skills; advanced English proficiency
