K.Mikedem General Import and Export and its sister companies are hiring for Cashier and Sales positions in Addis Ababa. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

K.Mikedem General Import and Export has operated in Ethiopia's import and export sector for more than 20 years. The company exports sesame, oilseeds, and spices and imports home supply materials, including media electronics.

The company also operates alongside its sister companies KKGW, KROTAJ, and PORCHLIGHT.

Available Positions

Position 1: Cashier – 1 Position

Location: Addis Ababa

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Sales, Accounting, Business Administration, Management, or a related field

Experience:

  • Fresh graduates are eligible
  • Previous cashier or customer service experience is an advantage

Requirements:

  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Trustworthiness and ability to handle cash responsibly
  • Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays when required
  • Basic computer and POS knowledge; training may be provided

Position 2: Sales – 1 Position

Location: Addis Ababa

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Management, or a related field

Experience:

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Sales experience, particularly in home appliances, is an advantage

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
  • Good negotiation and customer-handling skills
  • Basic computer skills, including email, spreadsheets, and CRM
  • Sales experience is an advantage; training may be provided
