Available Positions

1️⃣ Assistant Store Keeper

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years in warehouse administration, inventory control, or logistics (manufacturing preferred).
  • Skills: ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics), MS Excel.
  • Attributes: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to lift heavy objects.
  • Salary: Negotiable

2️⃣ Cashier Accountant

  • Education: BA or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years as Cashier or Cashier Accountant (manufacturing sector preferred).
  • Skills: ERP systems, MS Excel, bookkeeping, internal control practices.
  • Attributes: Integrity, accountability, meticulous attention to detail.
  • Salary: Negotiable

3️⃣ Head of Human Resource Services

  • Education: Bachelor’s in Management, Business Administration, HRM, or Public Administration.
  • Experience: 5 years relevant, including at least 1 year in a supervisory/senior role.
  • Salary: Negotiable

4️⃣ HR Officer

  • Education: BA in Management or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years in HR.
  • Skills: Communication, personnel management, negotiation, change management.

5️⃣ Operations Manager

  • Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s in Food Science or Food Engineering (Master’s preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years in food manufacturing, with 5 years in leadership.
  • Knowledge: Food safety standards (HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP), ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics NAV), process optimization.
  • Salary: Negotiable

6️⃣ Driver (38 positions)

  • License: Valid Driving License (ህዝብ 2).
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years driving in Addis Ababa.
  • Skills: Punctuality, city route knowledge, problem‑solving, multitasking.
