Open Positions

Position 1: Junior Accountant

• Employment Type: Full‑time
• Job Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
• Number of Positions: 3

Responsibilities

• Support accounting operations and financial reporting
• Assist in preparing and maintaining accurate records
• Contribute to compliance with company policies and procedures
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
• Provide support in audits and financial reviews

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: BA degree in Accounting, Accounting and Finance, Management, Business Administration, or related fields
• Work Experience:
  • Fresh graduates with CGPA of 3.5 and above (0 years experience)
  • OR 1–2 years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing or coffee exporting company
• Technical Skills: Basic computer skills
• Soft Skills: Good communication, teamwork, attention to detail, willingness to learn, strong work ethics

Preferred / Additional Qualifications

• Exposure to accounting practices in export or manufacturing industries
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and processes
